Trust also allows you to know that people have your back, that they look our for the team’s process and that they want to help you do your best work.
Trust gets built in all sorts of ways: by delivering results, by being accountable to others and by getting to know people not just as workers, but as people.
- TOOL: Have an online space where people can just turn up to chat. e.g. A group/channel in your collaboration platform.
- PROCESS: Have regular face to face meetings, on video or in person.
- BEHAVIOUR: Make an effort to find out what people need to carry out their best work.
