We have introduced Asynchronous games that parallel many of our real time ice breakers. Asynchronous games differ from our real time games in that individuals can complete answers at their own pace. This allows for more flexible and extensive engagement of the activity. The other huge advantage is scale. An asynchronous game can be distributed to large numbers of individuals. Once individually completed, a review of information can be exchanged with all participants. As with real time games, we have the coming soon section to identify what new games are being developed.
